At Gbaby Cards, we take pride in delivering high-quality TCG products with care and accuracy. Due to the collectible nature of our inventory, we have specific return and refund policies to ensure fairness and transparency.

2. Final Sale

All Sales are final once shipped.

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item, incorrect product, or your order is missing items:

  • Contact us at Info@gbabycards.ca within 3 business day after delivered notification.

  • Include your order number, photos of the item(s) and packaging, and provide a description of the issue.

We will investigate and, if verified, we will offer a refund or replacement.

    • All orders have complimentary insurance included. 
    • Processing times are subject to insurance claims process.
    • Once the insurance claim is successfully processed, we will provide a return shipping label, and you can choose either 1) a refund for the order or 2) a replacement shipment.
