1️⃣ Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Canadian public holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.
2️⃣ Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship to Canada only.
Shipping rate for all orders is $9.99 and is displayed at checkout.

3️⃣ Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.
4️⃣ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Gbaby Cards is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed to the carrier.
If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us at info@gbabycards.ca — we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
5️⃣ Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
