1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)
You may request to cancel an order before it has shipped by contacting us at info@gbabycards.ca.
We do not guarantee cancellation once an order is placed, especially for time-sensitive items like singles or pre-orders.
If cancellation is approved and the item has not shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2. Singles and Collectibles
All sales of single cards are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for TCG singles due to market volatility and card condition sensitivities.
Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.
3. Sealed Products
Orders for sealed products (e.g., booster boxes, packs, sealed decks) may be cancelled before shipping upon request.
If the product has already shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
4. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be cancelled up to 7 days before the official release date, unless otherwise stated.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to cancelled pre-orders, especially for high-demand or limited release items.
After this cutoff, pre-order cancellations will not be accepted.
5. Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If a package is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-delivery, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
