At Gbaby Cards, we understand the value and importance of trading card game (TCG) products. To protect your purchases in transit, we offer free complimentary shipping insurance for eligible orders. This policy outlines what is covered, how to make a claim, and related terms.
2. Coverage
Shipping insurance covers the following issues:
Lost packages (i.e., marked as undelivered and not located by the carrier)
Damaged packages or contents (e.g., crushed boxes, water-damaged cards)
Stolen packages (optional, see below)
Insurance does not cover:
Minor cosmetic damage to packaging
Delays in delivery
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but claimed as missing (unless optional theft protection is purchased)
Customer input errors (e.g., incorrect address)
4. How to File a Claim

Description of the issue
Clear photos of any damage (if applicable)
A copy of the shipping confirmation and tracking number
Claims must be submitted within 3 business days of the marked delivery date (or estimated delivery date if the package is lost).
5. Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, you may choose from:
A replacement (subject to stock availability)
A refund to your original payment method
A store credit of equal value
For collectibles (e.g., single cards), equivalent replacement value may be offered if an identical item is not available.
6. Carrier Liability
While we partner with reliable carriers like Canada Post and UPS, we are not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse unless you have purchased or qualified for shipping insurance.
